Once upon a time... well right now.... I just finish another book! This time it was Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer. It's about a VERY smart young man who wants answers. Some things I learned were... FAMILY is VERY important, money isn't every thing, I wish I was smarter, magical elves invented Christmas, and people are creative.
Here are some good lines:
"Artemis blinked. That was his second joke in recent times. And his first aloud. Better take care. This was no time for frivolity." (Frivolity... what a FUN word!!)
"It might seem odd, of course, a dwarf shutting himself away from the sun. But then again, he would be an obscenely rich dwarf. And humans will accept any story, however outlandish, when there's something in it for them. Preferably something green that folds."
