My little fishy...

Lessons learned:

-Decorating cakes= fun!

I had super amounts of fun at my deco class this week! We learned how to slice cakes, add filling, put a crumb coat, do dots and little circles. I had fun with this one! I was the only one that finished and added dots to the boarder (okay I'm boasting a little)!

I still need lots of practice but it's a good fun practice... I wish all of my work was this much fun!
Anywhos.. I know you cant tell but this is a little fishy! It was made in honor of my nephew, Jake, who loves water and fish. It's also his birthday soon. Now his mommy REALLY knows how to make cakes. I will have to one day have her teach me how to make cakes her way.
