Lessons Learned:
-My mom is basically the coolest ever!
Last year my mom decided she needed ANOTHER reason to be with her grand-kids and to help out their mommies. Each GG2GG's has a theme from a book or two and they do a themed activity. To kick it off, today's theme was 'Under Water'. The kids arrived in their swimsuits ready for fun!
They started by reading about 'water-related' goodness followed by a SWIMMING POOL!
My parents... they are cute... hooked up the hose from the kitchen sink to the swimming pool so the kids could have warm water!
It was super fun! They played games and had lots of fun. After lots of fun and swimming, it was time for lunch.'Under Water' continued with the food. We had Spongebob Square Pants mac-n' cheese, Pineapple (Spongebob's house), 'water'melon, and fish crackers.
