Cupcakes!

Lessons Learned:

-Anything can be done with a cupcake.

-Handheld mixers are pretty neat'o.

So we decided to try out these two new cupcake recipes! One is Cookies and Cream and the other was White chocolate. I get to use a hand held mixer, which I've never done, and I learned a cool trick to clean off most of the batter. For the white chocolate ones you actually melt chocolate and put it into the batter! The other on was putting oreos IN THE CUPCAKE! Yeah, I know! crazy... but SO good! Doesn't the white chocolate cupcakes look like a roasted marshmallow!

We made a white chocolate frosting and put more oreos in the frosting. Over all they were really yummy.
