Lessons Learned:

I went to meet with a baker from Granite Bakery (he wasn't there) and tried some of the things that I would be needing from them. Well they were crazy busy.. it being St. Patty's day and all... So I grab a whole bunch to take to work and get a good tasting. Considering all the cupcakes I've been eating lately they were pretty good! I wish I could find a frosting I really liked. Their tarts were delightful and the cookie was AMAZING!!! Really best sugar cookie ever! The eclair wasn't anything special but I really like the key lime cupcake the best. Give them a try ya'll!
